TVH began its operations in 1990 and has diversified its investments across five different states and twice as many asset classes such as multifamily, commercial acquisitions, residential development, debt acquisition, hospitality, and REO. TVH’s management team has a proven track record and the ability to generate superior returns in all of its asset classes.

Mike Singh

Chairman and Founding Principal

As Chairman, Mike provides strategic leadership across all facets of the organization. He directs TVH’s growth plan and initiates entry into new markets across the country. He is particularly engaged in the Company’s acquisitions and ground-up development. Under his leadership, the company has grown to include hundreds of unique assets and operating businesses totaling millions.

Mandeep Pabla

Principal

Mandeep received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance at the University of San Diego. He spent several years working as a real estate analyst at HFF, a large and successful commercial real estate firm, where he developed a deep understanding of capital markets. Mandeep joined TVH’s management team in 2019 and now uses his considerable expertise to oversee the commercial real estate and private lending divisions.

Randeep Pabla

Principal

Randeep received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of San Diego and has been committed to furthering the family business ever since. On top of managing TVH’s existing projects and holdings, he has spearheaded many of their most successful lending and acquisition deals. Today, his dedication to the Company’s vision continues to expand TVH’s investments throughout the country.
